Registration Process

• Self Attested copy of Birth Certificate. Original for verification.

• Four passport size photographs of the child.

• Complete academic transcripts of the previous two classes attended by the student (for Classes I and above).

• AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION: Latest residence proof.

• Blood Group Report.

• For Class I and above, Transfer Certificate (Original). In case of interstate students, the TC should be countersigned by the Head Teacher.

• Progress report from the previous school.

• Caste Certificate – In case caste belongs to OBC/SC/ST (if available).

• All photocopies should be self attested by one of the parents.

Collection of the Application Form from the school Karyalay.

• Enter all details in the form and submit it at the school reception with the Registration Fee.

• Affix a recent coloured passport size photo of the child in the given space on the form.

• Forms will be strictly accepted only through the parents. The child may not accompany for submission.

• Bring the completed Application form with all attested and original documents for verification.

• Remember to take the Appointment Schedule after submission of documents.

Please ensure all documents are submitted properly at the time of admission.
